Being an arch tester was my start into the wonderful world of Gentoo development, and during that time a fellow AT began developing a tool to ease handling all those stabilisation and keywording bugs.  Matthias Langer's Gentoo Arch Testing Tool (gatt) is in the tree now, still not finished, but usable and a live SVN ebuild.  All arch teams are encouraged to test app-portage/gatt-svn on their platform, the requirements are dev-cpp/libthrowable and www-client/pybugz which are in testing but have no reverse dependencies, so they won't affect a stable chroot.
