Something I always wanted to blog about...code from the secret library of the Church of Emacs. In the Emacs eselect module you will find the following code.

vim_info() {

  	# Don't take this too serious

  	if [[ -e "${ROOT}/usr/bin/vi" ]]; then

  		echo

  		write_list_start "Vi found, your system is in real trouble now!"

  	fi

}  

Unfortunately my fellow high priest Ulrich Müller (ulm) did not want such an advanced piece of code in the public as it may annoy the unbelievers. So it is there, but disabled.
